It was released on 24 October 2006 in the United States and on 28 October 2006 in Europe. The game is based on the story of a young gangster named Tony Starke, the main character in the Scarface series. In it, Starke takes part in the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
Gameplay
The game focuses on a licensed adaptation of the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and is set between the 2nd and the 3rd matches, featuring highlights and transitions. Unlike the other Scarface games, this one has a unique style and gameplay. The game uses a grid-based presentation for gameplay, and utilises the two analog sticks for movement and camera control. The game allows the player to control the camera using the right stick while the other analog stick controls the movements of the player. As in the previous Scarface games, the player has to complete missions in a specific time.
Plot
After the shootout with the police in the "Eurotrash Connection", Tony Starke is in a prison cell with his fellow gangsters, unaware of his release date. He then learns from Manny Mota, the owner of the prison, that his release date has been pushed up to two weeks.

Starke then breaks out of the prison and goes to a nearby farm, where he meets his bodyguards, Rocky and Coco.
Starke then goes to a biker bar where he gets into a fight with the biker gang, Hell's Angels. They manage to beat him up, but he escapes. After a chase, Starke and his gang go to a club, where a wealthy businessman named El Presidente says that Starke was sent by the National Football League to make him rich, but later reveals that the NFL is actually a front for the Russian mafia. He gives Tony a video cassette of a fight between the two gangs.
Starke manages to defeat the Russian Mafia and the Hell's Angels in a football stadium, but Manny appears and threatens to cancel the party if Tony doesn't come back. The party is in fact a trap.
